FRESH FIELDS 2014 ……. IS IN THE PIPELINE!!
The date has been set for this years Freshfields – August 17th. Keep your diaries free as this is one you cannot afford to miss. The tickets are now available online for £9, however on the day they will be £10 to buy on the gate. This year it runs from 11 am til 11 pm.
A big thanks to our main sponsors this year which is BEC Group – a New Milton based manufacturing business. They provide a full range of plastic injection design, tooling and moulding services, and this August will be their 35th year in business. The field will see a brilliant stage with some awesome bands playing on it. There is such a mixture of music that will appeal to all. We have the brilliant Stephen Loader, Jeni Spray and BAFTA award winning Steve Blinkoe and Peter Alcock as our sound engineers on the day. This year we also have a much bigger acoustic ‘Cultura’ tent with fantastic acts appearing throughout the day.
We have a The ‘All Mixed Up’ Dance Tent and our headline act has been confirmed and its the one and only Brandon Block. Brandon has started his career back up and we are very grateful to have him appear at our community festival. The ‘All Mixed Up’ Dance Tent will see many genres of music from some of the best DJ’s in the South.
There will be a performance area which will feature a Zumba presentation from Sharon Rodgers.
For THE KIDS there will be hula hoop workshops with Amy and Lottie, Breakdancing with All Elements who will also be leading a workshop on Graffiti work. In the evening there will be dancers, poi and Fire performers all keeping the crowd entertained. Bring the kids along for a fantastic family day out. The diverse range of music is sure to keep you there all day, bring your blankets or your deck chairs and come and enjoy the day!!
